I’m Dave Noon, my company is Noon Projects, and I’m all those things. Project managers take responsibility for jobs, start to finish: they plan, chase, organise and meet deadlines. We’ve done all this for the most demanding clients.

We love a challenge. we love doing difficult jobs far better than the
client thought possible. (In fact, to me, tough is just another way of
saying interesting...) But being a project manager can be frustrating: you can’t keep promises when someone else is responsible. Which is why Noon Projects are builders, too. So whether we’re working on one room or a brand new home, the things that really matter - taking pride, keeping your word - are down to me and me only. Which is how I like it: responsibility taken, promises kept, no excuses.
