A prestigious £1.1 million refurbishment and expansion project. Managing the entire Fifteen Cornwall project from initial plans through to completion, Noon Projects worked with interior designers Absolute Design to transform the existing building at Watergate Bay into a state-of-the-art restaurant with many unique design features.
Fifteen Cornwall presented numerous challenges, not least creating disability access to the restaurant’s steep, cliff-side location, which required a bespoke solution. Environmental concerns were a priority; every aspect of the restaurant’s operation, from waste management and energy consumption to water usage, has been designed to minimise environmental impact through a combination of excellent design and the use of cutting edge technologies. Noon Projects was integral to the implementation of Fifteen Cornwall’s environmental policy.
Despite the scale of the project, Fifteen Cornwall was completed within the agreed 13 week time frame. The restaurant has already been nominated for a number of design awards
