Immediately after the completion of Fifteen Cornwall, Noon Projects was commissioned to undertake the full refurbishment of two floors of The Hotel, Watergate Bay, from the planning and design stages to completion.
The footprints of the two floors were completely changed, involving considerable structural work and a total replacement of all services. The aim of this project was to update the hotel’s bedroom stock; in doing so, 21 new bedrooms and 4 luxury suites were created. The project demanded an imaginative approach and an exceptional finish from Noon Projects.
